We do not offer returns. However if you receive a damaged, defective or wrong item we are here to make it right through our exchange process.

What are the shipping charges?
Standard delivery charges are Rs. 250. When you choose online payment delivery is completely free.
How does Cash on Delivery work?
A confirmation payment of Rs. 500 is required to be prepaid online to secure your order. The remaining balance is paid in cash directly to the courier when your order arrives.
How does online payment work and what discount do I get?
When you choose online payment through Meezan Bank your order automatically receives a 5% discount and free delivery. Because every good choice deserves something in return.
Are the colours exactly the same as shown in pictures?
We do our best to capture every product as accurately as possible. However due to photography lighting and screen settings there may be a very slight colour variation. This is minimal and is not considered a defect.
Yes. We accept exchange requests if your order arrived damaged, has a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item. Exchanges are not accepted due to a change of mind, and u can check out our exchange policy.
How do I submit an exchange request?
You can submit your exchange request through the exchange form on our website immediately after receiving your order. Attach clear pictures or a video of the issue and our team will contact you via email or phone call.
All payments are non refundable. Only in the case of an approved exchange your payment is reserved with us which you can use to purchase any other Cymios bag within 1 week.
How do I care for my Cymios bag?
Keep your bag away from direct sunlight and moisture. Store it carefully when not in use and clean gently with a soft dry cloth and it will stay with you through every moment.
