        Unused coins are removed. Your account stays open and you can earn fresh coins anytime.

        Programme Policy

        Cymios Coins are a loyalty reward offered at our discretion. We may update earning rates, redemption values, expiry rules, or any part of this programme at any time. Any changes will be communicated before they take effect.

        Continued use of your account after a policy update means you accept the revised terms.

        Coins have no cash value. They cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold. They can only be used as a discount on your own orders on our brand.

        We reserve the right to cancel or suspend any account that misuses the Cymios Coins programme, including fraudulent referrals or returns abuse.

        Cymios Coins are our loyalty reward points. You earn them automatically when you shop, pay online, refer friends, or hit milestones. They live in your account wallet and convert into rupee discounts at checkout — no codes needed, just log in and apply.
        How many coins do I earn on an order?
        You earn 50 coins per Rs. 1,000 spent on every order. If your order is above Rs. 5,000, you get 100 extra coins. If you pay online instead of cash on delivery, you get 300 more coins on top of that. All coins are added automatically once your order is confirmed.
        Why do I earn more for paying online?
        Paying online helps us process your order faster and reduces the risk of failed deliveries. As a thank you for that, we reward you with 300 bonus coins every time you pay online. It is a win for both sides — you earn more, we serve you better.
        How do I redeem coins at checkout?
        Sign in to your account before or during checkout. Your available coin balance will appear in the order summary section. You can choose to apply all your coins, some of them, or none — it is entirely your choice. Any coins not applied stay safely in your wallet for your next order.
        Can I redeem coins on every order, every time?
        Yes — there is no limit on how many times you redeem. Every time you apply coins, the used amount is deducted from your balance. You keep earning on new orders and can redeem again as soon as you have coins available. It is an ongoing cycle.
        How does the referral reward work exactly?
        Every account has a unique referral link found inside your account dashboard. Share this link with anyone. When your friend clicks your link, creates an account, and places their first confirmed order, 250 Cymios Coins are added to your wallet automatically. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.
        What happens to my coins if I return an order?
        If your order is refunded, the coins earned on that order are deducted from your wallet. If those coins were already spent on a discount, the deduction comes from your remaining balance. This keeps the programme fair and sustainable for everyone.
        Do coins expire?
        Yes. Coins expire after 6 months of no activity on your account. Activity means any purchase, referral, or coin-earning action — each of these resets your 6-month window. We will send you a reminder before your coins expire so you have time to act.
        Can the programme change in the future?
        Yes. We may update earning rates, redemption values, expiry rules, or any part of the Cymios Coins programme at any time. We will always communicate changes before they take effect. Continuing to use your account after an update means you accept the new terms.
        Can coins be transferred or converted to cash?
        No. Cymios Coins have no cash value and cannot be transferred, gifted, or sold. They are personal to your account and can only be used as a discount on your own orders on our brand.
